Tim Norris

Tim was Chairman of the Walton County Republican Party, 2008 – 2009. He was Vice Chairman of the Walton Republican Executive Committee in 2007. Tim was instrumental in securing Walton County Republican Headquarter locations in the 2004 and 2008 elections. He was active in County and State campaigns, with the coordination of the meet and greets with the candidates, supporting candidates. He also chaired Lincoln Day Fundraisers. Tim was appointed by the Governor to the Board of the Northwest Florida Water Management District, 2006 – 2011.

He was on the Advisory Board for the Tourist Development Council of South Walton County, Treasurer, January 2007 – 2010.

Tim continues to contribute time to the Design Review Board, as a Member for South Walton County Scenic Corridor, 2005 – Present. He feels the continuity of growth helps the value of the fine communities we live in. He is a member of the CBA, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, Secretary, 2011. Tim believes in being a good steward of our land and to continue the good work that the CBA does protecting our pristine bodies of water. We have an opportunity to keep our large bodies of water the most pristine of any in the state of Florida.

Over the years Tim has worked in the Wireless Communication Industry, Airline industry and currently a licensed Real Estate agent and dabbles in commodities.

Tim is a proud Graduate of Florida State - Seminole, Florida Native – Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Son of Military Veteran, US Air Force, Married to Nancy with 3 Daughters, ( twins - Calli, Hannah, attending FSU Summer 2011) and Piper.

Craig Otto
Miramar Beach, Fl

Craig Otto is a Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and he is currently employed as a civilian aeronautical engineer at Eglin AFB. He was a candidate for Okaloosa County Commissioner back in 2000 and 2004. Craig has served as President of Okaloosa County Republican Club, he was former Chairman of Okaloosa County Republican Executive Council, and during this period he was a Florida Delegate at the 2008 RNC. Craig also served the community as a member of the Citizen Transportation Advisory Committee for Okaloosa-Walton Counties.

He recently became a Walton County resident and lives in Miramar Beach. Craig has 2 children, 5 grandchildren and is currently engaged.

Charlotte Flynt

Charlotte Flynt founded and is President of Walton Republican Women Federated (to Dec 2011). She is a member of the Walton Republican Executive Committee (Secretary 2009-2010), an active member of So Walton Republican Club (officer 2011), No Walton Republican Club, 30-A Club, an associate member of Okaloosa Republican Women, Silver Sands Republican Women and the Hawaii Republican Women.

Charlotte was elected as Member at Large in 2010 to FFRW, moving up in Sept 2010 to Secretary. She has done an outstanding job as the officer in charge of FFRW Legislation from 2010-2011. She has worked on numerous campaigns but the" biggie" was CD #2 this past year when the RNC informed Walton County they were conceding that race to the incumbent Democrat....WRWF didn't. After 125 years of Democratic held seat, CD #2 now is represented by Republican Steve Southerland in a district over 60% blue.

Charlotte is a Florida certified general contractor, and holds certifications (tested) as Constructor Level in American Institute of Constructors & am a Certified Professional Constructor (recognized internationally). She has been a successful contractor for 30+ years. She served her community well when she held the Contractor seat on Walton County's Code Enforcement Board since 2002 to present. Yes, she drives a truck (Toyota Super Crew...good-guy- white). Charlotte is a member of Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance (conservation) and also an active member of Choctawhatchee Military Council, the NWF Symphony Guild, and member of NWFSC foundation.

Charlotte is a proud Florida Gator. She met her husband at the University of Florida in Institutions class. He is retired AF. They are the proud parents of twins (Mike & Laura) and have six grandchildren. They live in Miramar Beach in the Florida Panhandle.

Robert 'Bob' Hudson
Santa Rosa Beach, Fl

His professional career of thirty one years was with the National Council, Boy Scouts of America where he served in many positions throughout the southeastern states of Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas.  He was selected to serve as the National Director of Fiscal Management, where he was responsible for directing internal audits within their 343 locations in the US and 7 foreign countries and was also the BSA representative to the Financial Accounting Standards Board and AICPA.

He actively served in the US Army and US Army Reserve with the 405th Civil Affairs Company and was stationed at Ft. Benning, Georgia and Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Bob served one (1) term as a School Board member in Dothan, Alabama before being transfer to Dallas, Texas.

Since retiring to Santa Rosa Beach in 2001 he has worked with the Walton County Taxpayers Association as a Board member, Treasurer, Webmaster and President and is now the Executive Director.

He was elected to the Seat 3 Commissioners seat on the South Walton County Mosquito Control District.

Bob is currently a member of the Walton County Republican Executive Committe.
